Quotation validity

Prices, MOQ, freight, lead time, version availability and customs route are valid only when confirmed in a written quotation, proforma invoice or Stripe payment link issued by NDUPLink.

Online sample payment

Online checkout covers the device subtotal or an approved payment purpose shown on the payment page. Regional version, freight, DDP/tax status and compatibility are confirmed before dispatch.

Compatibility

Buyers should confirm destination country, carrier, SIM type and required bands before shipment. NDUPLink may recommend a regional version, but local operator conditions can change.

Warranty review

Warranty handling depends on product model, order terms and inspection result. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized firmware change, water damage, incorrect power supply or local carrier incompatibility may be excluded.

Returns

International returns require prior written approval. For low-value samples, return freight may exceed product value; refund, replacement or credit will be handled case by case after review.

Before requesting return or refund

Please contact sales@nduplink.com with the order reference, product model, fault description, photos or video, SIM/carrier information and troubleshooting steps already tested. Do not ship any return before NDUPLink confirms the return route and address.
