Wholesale orders
Bulk orders may require carton details, battery documents, certificate matching, packaging confirmation and freight quote before invoice.
DDP availability
DDP or customs-included shipping is available only for selected destinations and products. It is binding only when written in the quotation or invoice.
Battery products
Models with batteries may require UN38.3/MSDS and may have route limitations. Express or air service can change after carrier review.
Address accuracy
Buyers must provide a complete delivery address, phone number, email, tax ID or customs information when required by the route.
