Purpose
We use this information to recommend models, prepare quotations, check logistics routes, respond to questions and process confirmed sample or wholesale orders.
Payments
Card details are processed by Stripe Checkout. NDUPLink receives payment status, amount, email and reference information, not full card numbers.
AI and automation
Website assistant messages may be stored to prepare RFQ handoff and support replies. The assistant is limited to product, shipping and RFQ guidance.
Retention and contact
RFQ/order records are kept as needed for sales, support, warranty and compliance review. Contact sales@nduplink.com to request correction or deletion where applicable.
Security
Payment credentials, API keys and passwords are not stored in browser-side code. Production services use HTTPS and server-side access controls. Do not send unnecessary personal identity documents through the RFQ form.
